FOR PRACTICE OWNERS
Grow your practice without carrying it all yourself.
The opportunity is already there: patients waiting, services you could add, revenue you’re leaving on the table. What’s missing is bandwidth. Every hour of your time already goes to patients, prescriptions and keeping the office running, so the projects that would grow the practice, like hiring another NP, adding TMS, or fixing the payer contracts that hold you back, stay on the "someday" list.
That’s where Langton Health Partners comes in. We take a close look at how your practice runs, find the gaps and the opportunities you haven’t had time to chase, and then roll up our sleeves and help fix them.
Not a report and a handshake; the actual work, alongside you. You keep seeing patients. The practice gets bigger, steadier and less dependent on you.
WHAT COMES NEXT
Make your exit a choice, not a necessity.
Every practice has a next chapter. Maybe it’s stepping back to three clinical days. Maybe it’s bringing in a partner, or selling to a group that can take it further. Whatever it is, it should be your choice and on your timeline, not something forced by burnout or a buyer’s terms.
Most owners have no idea what their practice is actually worth, or how a buyer would see it. And selling a practice takes far more than finding someone interested. Buyers look closely at how much the practice depends on you, how stable your clinicians and revenue are, your payer contracts, your financials and your compliance history. Then come valuation, deal structure, the years you may stay on afterward, added regulatory review. Owners who start preparing early get more options and better terms. Owners who don’t often find out too late.
The work we do to grow your practice is the same work that makes it valuable: clinicians who stay, revenue that doesn’t rest on one person, operations that run without you. When you’re ready, we help you see the practice the way a buyer would, close the gaps that lower its value, and connect you with trusted M&A advisors and attorneys for the transaction itself.
A good exit is about more than the number. It means your patients keep their care, your team is looked after, and the practice you built keeps doing good work after you step away. That’s the outcome we plan toward from the first conversation.
WHAT WE DO
Size, Scale and Sophistication.
The three things that make a practice stronger to run and more valuable to a buyer. Most practices are strong in one and stretched in the others. We help you build all three, starting wherever you need it most.
Size
More capacity for the demand you already have.
Most practices turn away more patients than they realize. Growing size means meeting that demand without adding to your own schedule. This may include:
Adding psychiatrists or NPs, and getting them productive quickly
Expanding hours, telehealth or a second location
Launching services your patients already need, such as TMS or Spravato, cognition testing, and more.
Opening the door to new payers or patient groups
Scale
A practice that doesn’t rest on one person.
If most of the revenue, referrals and know-how run through you, the practice can only grow as fast as you can. Scale spreads that load so growth doesn’t depend on you working more.
Clinicians who stay, with compensation and support that keep them
Revenue spread across providers, services and referral sources
Intake, scheduling and follow-up that run without your involvement
A team that can handle day-to-day decisions
Sophistication
Operations you, and a buyer, can trust.
The behind-the-scenes work that keeps a practice healthy: getting paid properly, staying compliant, and knowing your numbers. It’s also exactly what buyers examine first.
Clean financials and simple monthly reporting
Stronger payer contracts and fewer billing leaks
Clear policies for prescribing, supervision and compliance
Documented workflows, so the practice runs the same way every day
HOW IT WORKS
From plan to done.
1. Assess
A close look at how your practice runs today: where the gaps are, where the growth is, and what a buyer would flag. You leave with a clear, prioritized strategy and a general idea of how much your business might be worth.
2. Build
We put the plan into action together. I get hands-on with the work itself, from hiring clinicians to launching a new service line to fixing what slows the practice down.
3. Support
Steady, ongoing help as the practice grows, so the gains hold and the next step is always clear.
4. Transition
When you’re ready for what’s next, I help you prepare and make introductions to trusted M&A advisors, attorneys and potential partners.
ABOUT

I’ve run the practice side, too.
I’m Nina Levin, and I’ve spent about 16 years in behavioral health operations. I started my career running operations for a six-physician outpatient psychiatry practice, was an early employee at Lyra Health, and led a 500-person care management service line at Pair Team. More recently I’ve advised a private equity firm on a behavioral health acquisition, and I recruit psychiatrists and NPs for private practices.
I know what it takes to run a practice day to day, and I know what buyers look for when they evaluate one. My company exists to close that gap for owners.
